Travis and Taylor

Relationships shouldn’t be so hard - especially in your 30s. The star-crossed stuff should be long gone. If TS and MH were “meant to be” then they’d be together. TS has been through her mother’s health issues, etc. - the real life stuff that our partners support each other through. An unreliable partner isn’t romantic or exciting in this stage of life.

This man is not going anywhere. From the jump he has been obsessed with her and she is finally in a place where she is ready for it to be easy.

She was with Joe for 6 years and that only lasted that long because of Covid. I think she was ready to get out by 2020 but didn't because of tour cancelations etc. She finally had Matty last spring and despite pinning for him for years, realized that when push came to shove, it wasn't going to work. It was too hard to deal with him. Travis is easy, he loves her, he loves being with her, he loves the spotlight as well.

I assume you mean Taylor is the drunkard? She seems to drink waaaaayyyy more than Travis.

She doesn’t drink at all while on tour and runs 3 hours a day.

NP. Almost every time she’s seen in public, or in private, she has a drink in her hand unless she’s on stage. Come on.

She told us in her opening track she is a functioning alcoholic.

She also said she had an affair with a neighbor and she hasn’t.

The “neighbor” is Matty. He moved to Los Angeles from London last fall, which is basically her “backyard” because she spends a lot of time there and records. Both she and Matt are “cheating”: he is her “husband” and she is his “wife” who is cheating and she wants to kill - they got “married in their heads” (The 1975) and were “wearing imaginary rings” (Taylor in Fresh Out The Slammer). They talked “rings and cradles” (loml).

No Fortnight is about Joe

She loved him but it was ruining her life, his depression is too much and she was patient, but it was too much. He broke up with her to let her off the hook
She imagines he will find a wife and she will be cordial to him when they run into each other "at the mailbox", but really his wife will probably be lovely watering the flowers but she's gonna want to kill her because ... she loved him.

Tell me you are kidding? How did you people pass high school English with such poor analytical skills 🤦‍♀️
She touched Matty for a fortnight (two weeks, the time they were together publicly last spring). As a 1975’s fan, I can tell you that there are a million musical and lyrical references in that video alone. Go watch their videos of Part Of The Band or Somebody Else, they are identical to Fortnight. And by the way, she and Matty Healy have been hooking up for at least a decade and have tons of nods to each other in their songs over the years. He is all over her albums starting with Reputation. I know you won’t believe me, but Harry, Joe and Travis are irrelevant. It’s always been Matty who gets her going. She even said so herself: “All those nights you kept me going, swirled you into all of my poems.”

She also says “and I don’t even want you back” and “I don’t miss what we had”.

The typewriter in the video is missing a 1. She called Joe “the one”.

It’s about Joe.

Girl, no. She called Matty Healy the 1 and she wasn’t subtle about it. She’s been pretty open. Keep up.

Stop believing every TS Easter egg video you watch. Typewriters didn't always have a #1. Instead people typed a lower case L or upper case I. It was a space-saving measure.

At this point you all see more "clues" than not.

What, no! Invisible string is about Joe. She replaced with “the one” in concert when she and Joe announced the break up and she was dating Matty. She just removed “the one” from her show. There’s also no one on the typewriter. It was about Matty!

“The one” talks about roaring 20s which is when she and Matty met. Additionally chosen family is his bandmates and the rosé she also mentions in maroon, which is also about Matty. Why would she write the one about someone who got away while she was STILL dating Joe!? That makes no sense.

“We were something, don't you think so?
Rosé flowing with your chosen family
And it would've been sweet
If it could've been me
In my defense, I have none
For digging up the grave another time
But it would've been fun
If you would've been the ”one”

No. "The 1" is a song about Matty Healy. She even spelled it with the number, 1, instead of one, as a nod to his band's name, The 1975.

"You know the greatest films of all time were never made" - she has been lamenting about them being legendary, cosmic, epic, her religion for a long time, but never together because of their worries about public pressure. In her mind, their love and potential relationship was the greatest film that was never made. Also, the fans who know Matty well know that he is a legitimate cinephile - there are many references to movies, series, episodes etc. in both of their songs. In hers, they are always referencing to him.

"I have this dream you're doing cool shit, having adventures on your own, you meet some woman on the internet and take her home"
"But we were something, don't you think so? And if my wishes came true, it would've been you" - she released this song in 2020 when she was supposedly in love with Joe, and yet there is this longing for someone out of reach in the lyrics. It is obvious that this is one of her many songs about MH.

Everything about Matt is a dream or a fantasy or a thought.

I keep recalling things we never did.

It never happened. It was a fleeting affair and he was nothing like she had fantasized for years. Immature, druggie, unintelligent narcissist

Lol no. She likely cheated on Joe with Matty repeatedly and released an album and video about how in love she is with Matty Healy while with Travis.

She fantasized about Matt
She loved Joe
She’s in love with Travis

Lol no. She likely cheated on Joe with Matty repeatedly and released an album and video about how in love she is with Matty Healy while with Travis.

Nope she fantasized about Matt but they did nothing about it… she and Joe ended and she ran to matt… but he was a druggy , Peter Pan hardly made it 2 months till she figured it out she had created a fake person in her head (limerance)…,

Watch’s few interviews Matty says he’s a narcissistic druggy and he’s trying to grow from that but just can’t. That was 1 year ago.

She begrudgingly went out with Travis and fell in love and can’t even believe what a terrible person Marty is.

I’m personally happy She banged Matty out of her fantasy for those two months.. Everybody needs a good transition dude between a six year relationship and the guy you’re gonna marry.
