She’s saying there are multiple blood flows on Joes face. Explaining blood only flows down AND when wet.

One can deduct that Likely his body was moved when blood was still flowing. (Eg not by med examiner/detectives)

Obviously, I am no expert, but it’s insane that this guy can keep objecting to pictures taken at the crime scene, and what an expert has to say about them. Just. Disrupting the flow of the trial, which is probably his intention.

Heartbreaking. Camera on CW parents. CW looks just like her mom. Agonizing for them not having full custody of their grandaughter. They’ve kept that poor baby in a house of horror for years. This should be a focal point for prosecution..

i sure hope the prosecutor is going to tie this lady's testimony to something because if she is scoring points, it is difficult to tell. I hope the jury can. can someone who is able to follow along tell me if they are scoring points?

Defense objected to the scientific foundation of gravity. The witness then had to define gravity. JFC.

As explained above, it’s proving Joe’s body was moved (various directions of blood flows)and that there were transfer blood splotches (from someone else).

I think one of the biggest errors, if the plan is as it is alleged, was including the request that Joe bring a knife. He had to have known his wife had a blood clotting disorder (maybe he forgot?) and that there would be people who would tell the police that there is no way that someone with a clotting disorder would be interested in “knife play.” That seems like an obvious error.

If I were on the jury, this would be a really important fact to consider.

Has the prosecution straightfowardly said whether BB's plan was for Joe to look like an intruder and no one ever find out about the fetlife stuff? Keep it simple- joe broke in, attacked christine, and BB saved the day but christine had already died? That has to be it, I'm assuming, because if BB's plan was for everyone to find out about the fetlife stuff, then he could certainly explain why he killed joe (thinking joe was attacking her) but it couldn't explain why christine had ended up stabbed by joe. Because he wasn't coming over to stab her, he was coming over to presumably engage in consensual sex.

So, again, if BB's plan was for no one to ever find out about the fetlife stuff- that stuff was done solely to lure joe into the house to set up this "intruder" scene- isn't that pretty naive?? Like, of course the police will investigate who this intruder dude was. And they'll find out pretty quickly about the fetlife invitation to come over.

^^sorry, I should have been more clear that the reason I bring this up is because if no one was supposed to find out about the fetlife thing, it wouldn't be "risky" to tell joe to bring a knife, because no one would ever find out he'd been asked to bring it.
