Because those are the places I can walk to at lunch....

I am 36, but my hands look like my grandmother's. It starts in October and goes downhill from there. By November/December they will be cracking and bleeding, and by February I can't even... I work on a computer all day, pump 3 times a day, and am constantly washing my hands, so I need something that hydrates well but doesn't feel greasy. I prefer things that don't have petroleum (too greasy, doesn't soak in) or heavy fragrance (because I'm in an office environment). I have bought and discarded so many and have never found one that I like that isn't crazy expensive*. I tried Eucerin that a coworker recommended and hated it! Too greasy. Also, because I will use so much, I can't buy a $40 hand cream, which is why I didn't mention Macy's or Nordstrom. If I like it, I will buy several so I always have them on hand.

*I have bought both of Lush's hand creams, Handy Gurugu and Helping Hands, and thought they were really nice, but they're also pretty pricey at $22 per 3.5 oz. But if they're the Holy Grail, I'll do those. They are pretty fragranced, though.

O'Keefe's Working Hands. Really! Widely available, not greasy, and no fragrance. I also like Curel Itch Defense, but it is more greasy.

Have you tried Neutrogena or Aveda hand creams - those work well for me.
I use the thick Eucerin cream at night right before I go to bed when my hands are peeling/cracking. If I have a lot on I wear these white cotton gloves I got on Amazon

Not sure which Eucerin lotion you used but I've had good luck with Eucerin Original Healing Lotion (not the more petroleum looking stuff in a jar), a tiny bit works wonders so a small bottle lasts forever.

My hands are like yours, OP, possibly worse, and I can second getting the cotton gloves listed above for night time. Slather on your favorite heavy duty cream (I just use aquaphor) and put them on before bed. It does help. I also wear rubber or vinyl gloves for wet work at home as much as possible.

I would love to hear about non-greasy creams that actually help during the day. I know I should put some on after every time I wash my hands, but I hate having greasy hands.

Aveeno with oatmeal and dimethicone.

I know this isn't one of the stores you asked for, but Trader Joe's Moisturizing Cream (pink and yellowish label) is the best around. My dad has super dry skin - his fingers crack in the winter - and that's the only cream that really helps.

Neutrogena Norwegian is my favorite. Not greasy.

Aveeno baby exzema cream. It comes in a small blue and white tube. I have the exact same problem and it is very soothing on my cracked hands!

I like the O'Keefes for my feet and Palmers for my hands and body.

I would be interested to learn if there is anything texture/feel comparable to the Palmers though.
