Slather on your favorite heavy duty cream (I just use aquaphor) and put them on before bed. It does help. I also wear rubber or vinyl gloves for wet work at home as much as possible. I would love to hear about non-greasy creams that actually help during the day. I know I should put some on after every time I wash my hands, but I hate having greasy hands.[/quote]
