| No. It is white water. Only thingbyou need to do with it is por it doen the drain. It is without flavor or body. |

Add a couple of tablespoons of coconut cream and a few ice cubes to a cup of milk. Put it all in the blender. Grate some fresh nutmeg on top. |

| Make a roux & make a big batch of mac & cheese or sausage gravy. I always use skim for those, and it's fine (there is plenty of fat in cheese / sausage). |
