What to do with a gallon of skim milk?

Hopefully you don't feed them full fat

Why? I won't drink anything, but full fat. Same with my kids. I even get it delivered in glass jars. So creamy and delicious.

Didn't prevent me and my 16yr old son from finishing the MCM today at an 8:30 pace. 45 years of whole milk and whole fat everything hasn't slowed me down. Keeping up with my teenagers quite well....literally.

Yup. So gross. I buy low fat NOTHING, but definitely avoid the excess sugar. 45 years of full fat and the taste of low fat dairy in particular is awful!

Non fat cottage cheese is the devil.

This is OP. Thanks for the ideas! I think mac & cheese holds the most promise given the cheese. I can't believe I used to drink skim regularly, until my first pregnancy really. It actually looks blue to me now. Gross.

Roux doesn't use milk. Roux is just fat and flour.

NP. Make the roux and THEN add milk and a good cheesy cheese. There's plenty of fat in the cheese and the skim will work fine.
In our family, it's less about fearing the fake and more about not wasting.

So many complicated solutions. Why not just buy some cream and add it to the skim milk? Shake it before serving.

Foot bath!

Def mac n cheese. It's perfectly fine with skim.
