Change in the Dow from Election Day through March 23 of his first year as president:

Trump +12.6%
Biden +17.9%

Exactly. Make them eat their own dog food.

Who knew that getting the virus under control could have such an impact on jobs and getting the economy back on track?

It's magic.

”The stock market is set to close out President Biden’s first 100 days in office on Thursday with its best start to a presidential term since the days of Franklin D. Roosevelt.

The S&P 500 has risen 10% since Mr. Biden’s Jan. 20 inauguration. The index is on course for its strongest performance since the start of Mr. Roosevelt’s first term in 1933, when it surged 80% after a spectacular crash in the Great Depression, according to a Dow Jones Market Data analysis. By comparison, the S&P 500 rose 5.3% in the first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s term in early 2017 and on average has gained 3.2% over that period in presidential terms since Herbert Hoover’s in 1929.”

Exactly what did that yield? ANY president would have done this, in fact, when faced with similar, previous president have!

That said, Pfizer was developed in Germany, AZN at Oxford and Moderna was part of a long terms US taxpayer investment.

Other countries approved vaccines before the US.

The Trump Administration rollout was a disaster and most of his supporters are STILL refusing to get vaccinated because of his poor leadership. So great that he created a label, but ultimately, without all of the other pieces, like just about everything else in his administration, it was subject to mismanagement and poor execution.

+1. Trump did the right thing with Operation Warp Speed. But the success of this initiative just shows how terrible all his other pandemic action were. It makes the 500,000 deaths seem like such a WASTE of human life. If people had followed mask and social distancing guidelines for a year, the U.S. would be a radically different place now. Trump did everything in his power to discourage people from acting reasonable. Epic fail.

Yep. We all bow to in admiration to the wisdom of the Great Vaccinator. Now do harangue all your Trumpie brethren to take the vaccine, to strengthen the GV's legacy and turbo charge the economy even more. Deal?

The jobs numbers announced this morning, a "miss" compared to expectations is actually a rationalizing for fully supporting the Biden infrastructure bill in total.
