He is making a compromise that probably feels right some days and misguided on others. For someone who never got to make choices of his own, this is new territory.
I think they made the best choice for their child and future children. The British press were relentless against Meghan in the short 2 years she was resident in the U.K. and they had a terrible track record with protecting Diana
or Fergie. Beatrice and Eugenie were also cannonfodder in the 90s.
This way the Sussex children are raised in a safe and happy environment without the pressure of being torn apart every time they step outside in Britain.
I'm so happy for them.
