It is gorgeous! I was just there visiting my DC. I don’t know what the UVA bashers are talking about! Architectural digest has rated it number 11 in its list of most beautiful college campuses (W&M is #8). But what do they know, right?

DD is at WM and heard tourists outside her dorm saying “I thought there was a college here”. Lol

The architecture at Princeton and Yale is stunning.

Cornell also definitely has 90% of the colleges mentioned here beat (when it’s not winter). Due to the gorges and hills around campus you get some incredible sweeping views. The freshmen pass over a jaw dropping gorge walking to class every day.

Agree, I don’t think it compares to the beauty of campuses like W&M, Princeton, West Point or Cornell in any way.
