Where are you guys?

Still here. Good luck with a murder conviction. Both suspects are confirmed liars. How do you which story is true?

She helped cover it up. She can and will lead investigators to some solid evidence if it means a reduced sentence... just watch and wait.

I agree. If I was on the jury the video of her throwing out the evidence is all I would need. In my book that makes her equally guilty.

This is what many posters didn't understand in the beginning. They purposely left them alone for a given time to build the case, surveillance, mounting media pressure, and sure enough it was too much for home wrecker.

Whatever happens her life is destroyed as should be.

This is a high profile case. You're probably right only because they'll offer her a deal for all he's said to her and done.

This is going to be a very interesting trial.

I’m the one who said it. Still waiting on her to give testimony on a murder. The investigation is still classified as missing and he hasn’t been charged for anything but a misdemeanor.

Why is it high profile? Just because they’re rich?

Rich, white, attractive and have 5 cute kids. Also, enough twists and turns to make a really great episode of Dateline.

A jury may not believe the gf was innocent, but that won’t mean they will hand Fotis a not guilty.,

If they were rich blacks (or mixed), it’d also be high profile.

Man does she look like one hardened, tough broad.

The life a person leads shows up on his/her face over time.

They aren't going to convict either of murder unless they know exactly who committed the murder and with what. I suspect we will shortly get both suspects pointing to each other as the "real" killer. "I am just guilty of helping him/her of covering up his/her crime because I feel victim to their charms."

He may not have planned to kill her but I do think he intended to beat her into submission.

Why else wait until she had dropped all five kids off at school at 8:05am?

Why break in, wait in her garage and not the front door?

Why violate the restraining order?

I don’t doubt he wanted her dead and out of his life but the cover up seems slapped together and rushed. He’s not a dumb guy and he had many ways to clean things up with his job in construction. All those machines trucks warehouses etc. but this seems like a total panic and involving the GF? WTH it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure she’s going to flip to save herself.

That has never happened before. The police and prosecutors will be completely stumped and drop the case.
