Let's be honest though. Giuliani was right when he said that if it's wrong to use stolen materials from foreign adversaries, then why did the media release the stolen material? The fruits of Wikileaks - the DNC and Podesta emails - weren't off limits. If this is so egregious, why were they not savaged for doing so? They went to court to defend their right to use this information.

The campaign and Candidate Trump specifically knew ahead of time about the stolen material. Did they notify the FBI? Did they make a public statement pulling all such information off limits for the campaign? No, the weaponized it and used it to their advantage. Given the communications between the campaign and Wikileaks, if it is demonstrated that there is a hard connection between the GRU and Wikileaks, then there would be an international conspiracy against the US Election that the Trump campaign actively participated in. A big if, but it is out there.

Is that ok?

Holy crap - this is very detailed and specific. Wow. I really thought Nadler was backing off, but this says otherwise. Is it possible these investigations will move forward at a steady pace while Pelosi and the Dems avoid impeachment proceedings?
