Back then you had to purchase the newspapers from a distributor and then sell them to the household - including going door to door for collections. The papers had to be placed between the storm door and the front door - none of this tossing it from a moving car onto the driveway. |
| Practicing for hours with my sisters bra stretched around a pillow - attempting to learn how to one hand a bra while reaching around with my eyes closed. Did not want to drop the ball when the big chance came. Never got any good at it and dropped many balls. |
