Tracy Anderson is opening not one, but TWO new studios in Miami next year. Will Candice will be able to afford the membership? Maybe Tracy will take pity on her and let her go for free. |
Damn, her husband didn’t have a will?
https://therealdeal.com/new-york/2024/08/23/brandon-millers-chelsea-development-stuck-in-limbo-after-he-died-without-a-will/ WHY? |
OMG. |
Because he was not a critical thinker. |
Apparently not! Unless there’s some good reason to forego having a will that I don’t know about. |
Candice wishes! She needs to get engaged to some wealthy 60 year old STAT. |
Not bad for a Brown university graduate . |
Which means he probably also didn't put any of his assets in trust and she's going to have to wait until it all goes through probate (good luck to his many creditors) before she can touch any of it. Yikes. |
The fact that he willing killed himself with NO trust or will in place speaks VOLUMES about how he truly felt about Candice ~~smirks~~ |
I disagree. I think it only speaks to his financial acumen. |
Life insurance doesn’t go through probate usually and the house may not either depending on how it is titled. Still irresponsible because of the kids and her spending problem. |
Not at all - I think everyone is missing the point that there were no assets. Literally none. Personal possessions as in clothes and a few watches but everything else is debt. You don’t need a will for that |
Court documents list his assets as $330K in personal property, and the house estimated at $15 million (with tons of loans on it). Not much to work with. Candice is asking the court to expedite so she can be named admin of the estate and sell the house to pay the debts.

Wow, I hadn't thought of it that way, but I think you're right. That's so incredible to me you could appear to be so wealthy but actually have nothing but debt to your name. If the PP is right 330k and a mortgaged to the hilt house is like solidly middle class in terms of assets. |
I’m guessing his classic cars, couple of Rolexes, maybe some golf clubs? For a supposed “real estate mogul,” that’s nothing. |
