I think that depends on what the truth is when it comes out ie if it's something tragic and personal that a lot of women can relate to it will blow over and be seen as a well-intentioned attempt to protect her if it's just something ridiculous it will become a joke that will be brought up from time to time.

They've edited pictures before but never to this level. It's concerning to say the least. This was supposed to quell rumors and has role nothing but create more questions.

I thought it was such a beautiful photo of them. The edits were probably minor but given the scrutiny it would receive, they should have left any imperfections alone. I doubt there were serious breaches like photoshopping or splicing a whole person in. I also think they should have been more specific on when it was taken since questions about that were predictable.

What? NO, they were not minor! Do you think the AP would pull a photo and put out a release that it was manipulated by the future king of England if it was a minor edit?? Come on!

It doesn’t seem strange to me AT ALL that they used a photoshopped picture. Of course they did. It’s strange that they used a badly photoshopped picture.

apologize and admit the photo touch up's weren't done correctly. Repeat when Kate will be back and stay quiet until then. They've made too many mistakes to try anything else.
