This is what I don’t get. And if she wasn’t well enough to take a photo that didn’t require editing, couldn’t she just have released a photo statement, something set to a dark background with filigree on the top? An official statement of sorts? People might have been like “Where’s Kate” but, people are asking that now, only now it’s turned into something bigger.

people were kind of blaming their team eariler but for all we know they're working under unreasonable circumstances set by will/kate. I wouldn't be surprised if the mistakes were brought up but ignored.

I think there is probably an element of this. I think Will is not the brightest bulb but also so arrogant to think he's the smartest man in any room. Bad combo. I can totally see him blowing off advice of professionals and thinking he and only he had the right path forward. Stupidly and to his own detriment.
