He's nowhere near broke, but I do know you have some sort of A.B. OCD.

I believe the PP. he’s doing Nicholas Cage crap level films and rushing from production to production. Getting the cheapest non-Union teams. Shooting outside of California.

JFC. ALEC BALDWIN ISN’T HIRING PEOPLE. stop being willfully ignorant.

I'm not hiring most of my staff either, but they still report to people who report to people who report to me. Guess what, I'm responsible.

If he's the Executive Producer and not even vetting his AD or the qualifications of key staff, he bears some responsibility.

Exactly. Major questions like, are we going to use non Union labor should be evaluated by senior managers and executives.

He's not the Executive Producer.

No one was reporting to Alec Baldwin. He WASN’T the executive producer.

I was stunned to learn recently that a huge portion of TV shows and movies are now being filmed in rural Georgia. There is a massive studio and several smaller studios clustered together in this little town south of Atlanta. So even things we take for granted, like "Hollywood is in Hollywood" are out the window.

You all are just dumb. Price conscious? Hollywood has been filming outside of Hollywood for at least the last two decades. It's less expensive to film in other areas - much of the shit you watch is filmed in Canada for example. Atlanta is a film industry hub in case you didn't know.

'Rust' crew member who gave Baldwin firearm fired from past job after prop gun: LIVE UPDATES

'Rust' crew member who gave Baldwin firearm was fired from previous job after prop gun accident

"First of all, our condolences go out to everyone affected by the recent tragic event in New Mexico," a producer from the film "Freedom's Path" told Fox News on Monday.

"I can confirm that Dave Halls was fired from the set of 'Freedom's Path' in 2019 after a crew member incurred a minor and temporary injury when a gun was unexpectedly discharged. Halls was removed from set immediately after the prop gun discharged. Production did not resume filming until Dave was off-site. An incident report was taken and filed at that time."

Question and comment:

What happens to the film now?

As a fellow person in recovery from alcohol addiction, I worry about AB being able to hold onto sobriety. (If he is indeed still in recovery, I know he had a problem and was not drinking during 30 Rock.)

It’ll never be finished.

Well we can't all be film experts. Someone has to run the government, you know.

Baldwin apparently co-wrote the screenplay so I think it is safe to assume he was heavily involved in the production issues.

He killed someone. His sobriety should be low on the list of concerns for everyone but him.

Riiiight!! Baldwin was most certainly the alpha dog on this set. I am sure he follows the Director's instructions as a professional, But when push comes to shove I am sure he wielded a lot of power on that set.

I suspect he's drinking already. He's been looking physically very rough. And his wife is always posting Wine Mom type pics. I doubt she would be insensitive enough to drink wine in the house, on dates, etc with Alec unless he had given up on sobriety.

Karma is a very peculiar thing. Baldwin have always been anti-gun. Now he has to live with this for the rest of his life. Hope he will take some classes and learns how to handle weapon OR don't touch the weapon if he is clueless about guns.
