Biden’s economy

This is capitalism without guardrails and will only get worse as the right continues to remove those "pesky" regulations that protect consumers and worker safety.

And when certain goods can't be sold at the higher price, they simply disappear altogether.

That is called capitalism.

This. Historically our economy is doing great. There are still issues, of course, but to suggest that we live in hard times right now is just idiotic.

Well, MAGAs are idiots.

No, it's called inflation.

There's no such thing as gouging. No one is forcing you to buy a product or service. If you don't want something, you're free to move on.

I guess you missed the links above where the price-gouging is clearly identified.

I don't care about the links above. It's another woke opinionated journalist. If you don't want the product, don't purchase it. No one is forcing you to purchase anything.

Gouging is the term democrats use when they F up the economy, inflate the dollar and then need to blame someone else (even though they were warned again and again what would happen if they pushed their idiotic policies).

Yeah, facts don't matter if they come from a "woke" journalist. Just ignore anything that doesn't jibe with your MAGA intuition.

You have no facts. Just your feelings and I don't care about your feelings.

It's called the law of supply and demand. If a good is scarce and desired, its price goes up. If people are unwilling to pay the higher price, they buy a substitute or do without altogether, and the price comes down to a level people are willing to pay. If enough people desire the good and are willing to pay, other sellers will come into the market to profit from high prices, but eventually the greater supply will bring the price down.

And if an industry has been allowed to consolidate and become a monopoly… well then we just get all the negatives of capitalism and none of the positives.

The links above are based on data. I get it, you don't care about data, but other people following this thread do.

The last three republican presidents left office with recessions. In Trump's case, one of the worst economic collapses in US history.
Fact: Democrats in office for 96% of the job growth in the US since 1988.
Fact: The last three democrats have left office with growing economies.

So basically, the GOP comes in, screws things up, the Democrats clean it up and leave on a good trajectory and then the republican take the white house again, rince and repeat.

When was the last time there was a republican who left office with a growing economy?

Answe: Ronald Regan.

So when you say democrats "F up the economy" what are you referring to? Because the facts do not support the assertion.
