Thug lives matter

Any ideas why the Washington Compost hasn't made much of a peep about the thugs looting and rioting in the name of Black Lives Matter?

BTW: "Thug's" lives do matter. Cops are constantly helping saving the lives of "thugs" and trying to make their neighborhoods safer. Teacher teach "thugs". Hospital save the lives of thugs. Narcan, saves the lives of many "thugs". All lives matter, even the old, mentally ill, DCUM and thugs.

Apparently the police officers body cam caught the suspect raising his weapon. The officer was justified in shooting Smith. The actions of the local community - if you want to call them that - is horrible. There's unedited video of them actively planning and attacking people for being white..its digusting

In related news, conservative radio/tv show pundit Glenn Beck says he now supports the ideas behind Black Lives Matter, now that he has rephrased their complaints in terms he can understand, i.e., an absence of pie:

“I had a new kind of thought on Black Lives Matter and the all lives matter thing,” he continued. “The best way to explain it is if we’re all sitting around a table having dinner, and everybody gets pie except for you, and you say, ‘My pie matters; I don’t have pie.’ And everybody at the table looks at you and says, ‘I know; all pie matters.’”

He said that illustration indicates that no one is listening to the person who didn’t get the pie.

Not sure how it could possibly take him, like, two years to figure out the basic injustice that the Black Lives Matter movement was complaining about. Nobody ever said the movement was about Black Lives Matter MORE. Dude must have been listening to Fox News and himself all day long. Anyway, it was nice for him to admit it I guess.

Based on what I've heard, the shooting was justified. However, what has been happening in places like Milwaukee is that a shooting that may be justified sparks off years of built-up resentment of the community to abusive practices by the police. That's pretty much what happened in Ferguson after years of police milking the community for multiple fines and charges in order to fund the government. And in Baltimore, while the cause of Freddy Gray's death may be unclear, it's clear that the police have also been abusing that community for years. The DOJ reports on police practices in both communities identified many questionable practices used by the local police departments.

Yes, people should not riot. It hurts them and their community more than it hurts the police department. But the police also need to be held responsible for years of abuse that are only now coming to light.

But to attack whites? Baltimore has a sizable group or blacks in their force. Multiple officers in Gray's case were black. This officer in Wisconisn was black. My question is - and it's an honest question - why the anger over cops but not each other. The stats show black males are killed by other black males 95% of the time. It would take cops 40 years of killing just black males to equal the amount of times black males killed each other in 2012 alone

4,472 black males were killed between 2009-2012 annually, by contrast both justified and unjustified shootings in black men by police offers was 112.

Because there are plenty of Americans who would be satisfied with Turner's sentence but rip rioters to shreds. You may not be in that demographic, but your point is what, that all rapists or violent offenders are thugs and should be killed? Their lives don't matter? Who deserves to die more then, Brock or the Milwaukeeans?
