No Chance... They have DeMatha, Urbana, West Po, Oakton, Stone Bridge, Freedom.... at best they go 3/3 out of that group. |
| They will beat West Po, Oakton, Stone Bridge, and Freedom by a combine 40+ goals. |

Indy should be #1 imo. Have a very talented and now battle tested senior class, and probably best coaches in VHSL.
Will be down year for Madison. They are not reloading and last two seasons have been losing top talent. |
I have no dog in that fight, but have any reasons why the list or any specific school is not correctly rated? |
Fair point they beat Riverside last year when it mattered and lost less than Riverside for this year |
How did they do in the DMV Elite fall league? Didn't they play Battlefield and Madison head to head? |

Maybe, but I agree that Riverside will not lose to a team in the state of Virginia this season. Maybe Stone Bridge can sneak up on them because neighborhood rivalries are always tough. |

It's fall league didn't Lightridge beat Battlefield and Yorktown? Don't put too much into off season lacrosse. |
Best coaches in VHSL is laughable |
Robo 4 spots ahead of Madison but could hardly put up a fight against them in fall games? |
From the looks of the who's who on both teams that got district, region and state honors- Indy lost far more than Riverside. From what I see on all state alone Riverside only lost 1 top DPole and Indy lost their Mid, Pole, SSDM and Fogo. Not saying Indy didn't keep a bunch, but they did lose more. |
| Indy lost and does not have a replacement for their best player on offense and fogo. They did add a great pole but this is a position they were already deep at. Riverside returns everything but one pole who will likely be replaced considering Riverside had one of the best JV's in the state last year. Riverside also has a pretty big coaching advantage. 1 win doesn't erase Riverside's dominance over Indy as a whole. |
