Least Shocking News: Orange coward pulls out of debate

I want them both put in a separate sound proof room, no notes, no teleprompters, no ear pieces. Each handed the exact same questions one at a time. Answers recorded and unedited and air them side by side. Air it on September 4, 10, 11, 17.

He needs moderates and independents. His MAGA games won’t help in the election.

That doesn't allow for back and forth the candidates should be able to respond to each other and there should be fact checking taking place real time.

He literally just made up an alternative debate so he could say “Nyah Nyah Kamala is the one who’s afraid!”

God what a toddler. Is anyone actually voting for this freak?

Yep, he manufactured a talking point (a Trump whining point really). She should continue to show up for the ABC debate and take the stage for herself. They can do a Fox debate next once all parties sit down to work it out.

Work what out? This is an amazing opportunity. She should have said yes immediately and then work out more debates at later dates too if she wants more.

You realize that's now how debates work, right? It is NEGOTIATED. Time, place, moderators, format, everything is negotiated prior to the debate. One candidate doesn't just make something up whole cloth, and expect the other one to say yes. I mean, Kamala could say I'll debate you on September 4th on MSNBC, and you think Trump would agree?

Well, that’s exactly what he did for Biden.

You think Trump and his team agreed to a debate without any negotiation whatsoever? What are you guys on?

"It is important for the Good of our Country, that Joe Biden and I Debate issues that are so vital to American, and the American people," Trump wrote on the Truth Social media platform. "Therefore, I am calling for Debates, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANYPLACE!"

Again: so why is he so afraid to debate Kamala on ABC in September?

Great question! Kamala should ask him that during their first debate on September 4th.

First debate is September 10th. Trump unilaterally setting his own terms isn’t how it works. He’s just been embarrassed by hit NABJ event earlier this week and the prisoner swap a couple days ago. He’s trying to stream roll his way back to relevance. It won’t work.

So Kamala is going to show up to an empty stage and talk about herself for an hour and Trump is going to show up to a full arena and talk about himself for an hour?

That’s not a debate, that’s just 2 normal rallies.

No, Kamala will show up with Stephanapolis and an empty chair. Stephanpolis will ask her questions, she will be able to frame her positions and contrast them with the GOP positions, because Trump won't be there to do it himself.

I don’t want fact checkers and responses. They can’t figure out a freaking day and time for a debate. I just want to know where they each stand on different issues. No prompts, no fact checks, nothing but their brains.

Old man Trump is afraid her whooping him in public.

Why is she afraid to go in any unfriendly territory?

Let's see "Girl boss" in a debate with a moderator like Mark Levin, Andrew Wilkow, or Howe Carr!

No, huh?

Way to stack the decks, chickenshit-weak MAGA man. Trump is a coward. Own it!

She may have been a prosecutor but she doesn’t do well without a teleprompter.

Trump already agreed to these debate terms and backed out only because the candidate changed. Harris accepted them as constructed. That's the only difference. Trump is a coward.

Who cares? She's not old and senile. She can also read and write at higher than 4th grade level.

You can read Kamala's website and Project2025 on the Heritage Foundation site for their positions.

A 'news network" that paid $767M in fines is not a "news network" and doesn't deserve a presidential debate. Has anyone even heard that Fox was offering this up?

The date and time for the debate is September 10 at 9 PM.

This has been on the books for months.
