Is Ginni Thomas A Threat To The Supreme Court?

Ginni undeniably was well connected. She knew all the players from her years running in right wing circles. She brought legitimacy to organizations by virtue of her husband. She opened doors for people. But she’s a loon craving legitimacy. Alot of people had to humor her because of her husband. Cleta Mitchell was — and is — far more dangerous than Ginni will ever be.

We’ve seen nothing other than batsh1t crazy texts and other communications sent to Meadows, Eastman and state legislators. She’ll deny communicating with Clarence about efforts to overturn the election by means of legal challenges. I’d keep my hopes in check.

I am not a lawyer but if her SCJ husband discusses highly confidential SC judicial reasonings and differences of opinion with her and she shares it with her extensive network of right wing ideologies, and previously with Trump admin officials, then it could easily be seen to be a threat to the impartial integrity of the Supreme Court:

+1 and he does not recuse himself from cases where the right wing organizations of which she is a member have cases before the Court.

Thomas fails to recuse himself from cases that may affect Ginni and her businesses and political groups. The article details several other conflicts. Stunning. The only remedy for crooked Justices is impeachment, which has never been successful.

The epiphany that Clarence didn't list Ginni's income from right wing groups on his financial statements was mentioned on the very first post of this thread and by the author of the New Yorker article that started it all. This is the biggest part of the the problem and his many conflicts of interest.
