Men would you date a woman who was:
- a waitress - a retail sales associate - a nanny and other such jobs. Why or why not? |
|
All of those are real jobs that she could support herself on.
What's the issue? |
| If you think men have a problem with a woman having the jobs you described, then you REALLY don't understand men. |
Why do women care about this then? Why would an average woman NOT date or marry a waiter or a bartender? |
Woman here. I agree. For the most part men are looking for a friendly, nice and pretty woman who will laugh at their jokes and have sex. That's really all it takes. |
Because we have children and there's an innate desire to provide for them, which biologically is harder for us to do with childbirth and pregnancy. Duh |
| What school did she attend? Does she wear the right shoes and look put together? |
| Yes this maybe a blimp on her resume. It is a big one though... |
Depends how hot she is. I'd have sex with her, but I'd never seriously "date" her nor ever think about moving in with her or marrying her. |
This is why you're single. |
| I was a nanny for the first seven years of our marriage, now a SAHM. DH earns high six figures. It works for us! Honestly I don't think men care that much if you're attractive and really good at keeping the home/kids under control. |
| A blimp? |
| What's wrong with being a nanny? I am a nanny and I snagged an attorney. I'm two years away from getting my PharmD, so maybe that makes a difference? |
I know, right? LOL! |
Is that supposed to hurt or something? |
