Epstein Files

The whole thing is so gross.

What media are you watching/listening to?

The claim that Tony Blinken's father was an Epstein lawyer is false. The connection appears to stem from a confusion between different family members and associates.

Here is a breakdown of the relevant connections:
Tony Blinken's father was Donald Blinken (died in 2022). Donald Blinken was a prominent American businessman, an art patron, and a diplomat who served as the U.S. Ambassador to Hungary from 1994 to 1997. He had no known professional or financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Tony Blinken's stepfather was Samuel Pisar (died in 2015). Pisar was an internationally renowned lawyer, author, and a Holocaust survivor whom Antony Blinken's mother, Judith Frehm, married after divorcing Donald Blinken in 1971.

Samuel Pisar's connections: Samuel Pisar was a long-time lawyer and confidant to Robert Maxwell, the father of Jeffrey Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell. There are reports that Pisar may have acted as an intermediary for some of Robert Maxwell's or potentially Epstein's legal affairs in France, but no direct legal representation of Epstein himself has been substantiated in public records.

No direct link: Investigations and public records show no direct financial or legal transactions between Antony Blinken or his father Donald Blinken and Jeffrey Epstein.

Bull. Trump does not want that vote because there will be a lot of Republicans voting to release all UNREDACTED Epstein files.

When these files are released and they will be make no mistake about this! This will be a scandal involving so many men in public life (quite a few names in trump's first administration), CEO's, royalty other than British, and don't be surprised if there are some evangelicals. There will be a spate of suicides like the world has never seen.

Are we to believe that the secret service who is essentially law enforcement, did not know and cover this up????? Did Clinton just give these guys the week off each time he visited the island? Seriously doubt it. It’s really depressing to think about how many were involved at multiple levels.

Is there any evidence that Clinton visited the island at all? All I recall seeing is that he flew on Epstein's plane for some international event representing the Clinton Foundation.

I’m a Dem but I’m not delusional. No way Clinton wasn’t involved. Secret Service was complicit in this mess.

I'm not delusional. I just haven't seen evidence, if there is any. And I'm also not one to fall for innuendo and smoke and mirrors in the absence of evidence.

Lifetime Dem here and the Clintons are gross. How they treated Monica is horrible. Clinton was spotted by the eyewitness in the 2020Netflix documentary on the island. There is video of Maxwell at Chelsea’s wedding. If I was any member of that family I would be appalled by my association with Epstein and Maxwell and making public statements to that effect. Plus supporting the victims.

It only took a month and a half, but Mike Johnson has finally decided to honor the results of an election and swear in a new House member. Looking forward to seeing those files.

What happens after the House votes to release the Epstein files?
It doesn’t make sense to me that it would go to the Senate and then to the President to sign when the President could just release them on his own. It isn’t a bill.

“Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have released three new emails from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that mention President Trump, raising new questions about the extent of their relationship.
In one 2015 email between Epstein and author Michael Wolff, the pair discuss a potential question from Trump's upcoming CNN interview about Trump and Epstein’s personal ties.
"I think you should let him hang himself," Wolff wrote. "If he says he hasn't been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt."
The correspondence shared Wednesday is part of 23,000 additional documents the committee is reviewing from the Epstein estate, Oversight Ranking Member Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., said in a statement.
"The more Donald Trump tries to cover-up the Epstein files, the more we uncover," Garcia wrote. "These latest emails and correspondence raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President."”

That which is coming out so far is pretty bad.

The question is: Will the House and Senate have enough votes to override a certain veto?
Anonymous
There is nothing to veto here. The House dispensation has nothing to do with the Senate or White House.

no one will be defending Clinton if it turns out he was raping underage girls.

Can't he just delay the vote until after the Tennessee election in December?

Lest there be any insinuation that Dems spared their own. It would be tough for Kathy Ruemmler—Obama’s WH Counsel from 2011 to mid-2014—to come off looking worse in these docs the committee Dems released

The email chain.....

It makes you think about why Larry Summers was constantly going on TV in 2021/22 to bash the Biden economy!
