Most of the people who initially gave depositions are still alive. Most of the people on one side or another of the emails still have them. All of the evidence came from somewhere and it can (mostly) be gathered again.

I think the files will be doctored. However, I also believe that the level of incompetence in this administration means that they will have done a terrible job and a few things will slip through ( I also hold out hope and there are a few intentional slip ups).
