Yes, Tom = Fredo!

There is a lot of Godfather imagery, but Tom doesn't resemble Fredo. Fredo was always portrayed as slow and incapable but Tom is portrayed as competent. Con is the Fredo character, at least right now. Connor during his "I'm the oldest son!" tirade while poking the table with a butter knife mirrored Fredo's outburst when confronted by Michael "I'm smart!".

Although I do think that this will change next season. I think it's likely that Connor's political arc will finally go somewhere and he gets the motivation to be an opposition player to Roman, Shiv, and Kendall's current alliance.

Shivs wedding outfit it too distracting. I do t understand why the stylist puts her in Ill fitting Toni gs. That dress is way too small, she can barely walk. That hat is so cheap looking and the ankle strap shoes are the worst thing to wear if you thick calves.

I’ve like most of her recent dresses but not this one. So unflattering with shapewear clearly visible.

This season that’s true. It’s almost like they’re trying to make her look horrible. In last seasons she looked very sharp and well dressed a la corporate boss lady style, but fashionable nonetheless.

Yes I’m pretty sure Kendall‘s kids are supposed to be adopted.

I thought shit look nice. Some people don’t wanna see a woman in an hourglass figure type dress, but she has a beautiful figure I thought it looked good. But of all the things you could talk about about sharing that last episode, her dress was the last one I would pay attention to

Good point about Tom, I hadn’t noticed that connection.
Although Fredo wasn’t the oldest, Sonny was eldest, then Fredo, and Michael was the baby.

Watched the finale with my husband last night. We both think we are watching a different show than the rest of you because what we watch it so predictable and flat. The Tom thing was telegraphed all season. The writing is not smart, it’s amateur and vapid. Take away the ritzy locations and cuts of helicopters and black sedans and this is a daytime soap opera.

My husband said, while watching that scene, "let's buy you some dresses like that." So, just to say there are some fans of her wardrobe and the whole package. (I am not built like Shiv so the dress wouldn't work for me - but that's not the point.)

Love it when people watch a show after they have seen a bunch of spoilers and then pan it as predictable, ha!

We have never seen Tom betray his wife before in favor of Logan. Tom has also seen Logan eff over his business associates and children time after time before (kick a dog to see if it will come back) so his move here is not really guaranteeing him any happiness or security.
