Destabilization through division, distrust, and distraction. Lots of uncooperative tiny groups are, at best, ineffectual. Arguing among them prevents anybody from making progress. At worst those groups can be manipulated or taken over, and then you've got an enemy inside your house instead of across the ocean.

Russia is behind the "secession" movements to divide California and other states, for the same reason.

If Zuckerberg had any moral compass at all, he'd have shut down facebook a long time ago.

We’re in a version of the Truman show. Too many coincidences. Like the other week I passed someone while walking my dog. 90 seconds later or so, they passed me again. Our neighborhood is not laid out in a way that this would be possible. This also explains de ja vu.

I don't want to get into a tit for tat over this. Please reread OP's question - s/he is asking for the "wildest conspiracy theory you actually believe." I will never believe that this election wasn't stolen or tampered with in some way, to affect the outcome.

The democrats, especially Biden, are puppets/ pawns, as are, most likely, many R leaders. I didn't say China definitively, nor did I mention Russia (you did) - but yes, I think that there are nefarious, evil sources that are absolutely dedicated to the destruction of the US at play here.
