I have never heard it and have lived in a variety of neighborhoods. I grew up in a very poor neighborhood outside of Pittsburgh, have lived in an average neighborhood in New England, and a few different places in the D.C. metro area.

Most retail stores only let the highest level managers work 40 hours a week. Because any employee who is full time is then entitled to health insurance and other benefits that cost the owner money. Farrah is so stupid to insist all employees work 40 hours a week.

Matt and Amber spent $900 in a children's store to get Amber's daughter first day of school clothes, and then doesn't wear any of those clothes on the 1st day.
