Harris will always be herself - which is a bad temper, no manners, ill fitting pantsuits and faux pearls. The "face" she puts on for the public is who she is. She will never get the votes with it.

I’ve never seen Trump in pearls, but it’s astonishing you feel like manners, temperament and the tailoring of suits are critical to a job you want to elect him for.

I never said I wanted him elected. I had hoped for a qualified Dem. We have Kamala. She is not going to win a national vote. And yes - class matters. Communication skills matter. This is politics in the US - are you unaware that every election cycle - these things matter?

Someone attacking a candidate over their choice in jewelry? Sounds like a Trump voter to me. Especially doubling down with “class matters” when, again, she’s facing a man with a golden toilet seat who was flatulent through his own felony trial.

DEI: A cudgel used by racists pretending every single person of color didn't earn what they have while ignoring the white 2.0 GPA "legacies" and those with daddies writing checks, who get into the Ivies or a business school where their brother knew someone.

I suspect those who bleat "DEI" also had no problem voting for a VP who needed five mediocre colleges and six years, just to get a communications degree.

Funny how you can be some GED felon and get votes from the same people who think Justice Jackson is a "DEI" hire. But sure, no racism involved in your thought-process while we see the buffoons who get elected on the right.

Hmmm, that’s strange, she was Indian some years back.

You’re thinking of Sen Elizabeth Warren, idiot maga.

Most MAGAs are idiots. But some speak the truth occasionally. And in this case, Harris’s ethnicity is 1/2 Indian (the country, not American Indian) and half black.

Idiot liberal PP doesn’t even know Kamala’s ethnicity.

Clearly. That's why you and the trumpers are running around on social media rn like chickens with your head cut off.

That’s how deliriously happy people react. Dems are so busy being offended and enraged about stuff they don’t recognize pure joy when they see it.

I honestly don’t understand the deliriously happy reactions. The guy you were beating just stepped aside. I would think they’d want him to stay in the race.

At this unprecedented juncture in American history, we must be clear about what just happened. The Democrat Party forced the Democrat nominee off the ballot, just over 100 days before the election.

Having invalidated the votes of more than 14 million Americans who selected Joe Biden to be the Democrat nominee for president, the self-proclaimed ‘party of democracy’ has proven exactly the opposite.

The party’s prospects are no better now with Vice President Kamala Harris, who co-owns the disastrous policy failures of the Biden Administration. As second in command and a completely inept border czar, Harris has been a gleeful accomplice — not only in the destruction of American sovereignty, security, and prosperity, but also in the largest political coverup in U.S. history. She has known for as long as anyone of his incapacity to serve.

Regardless of the chaos in the current White House, our adversaries around the globe should be reminded that the U.S. Congress, the U.S. military, and the American people are fully prepared and committed to defend our interests both at home and abroad.

If Joe Biden is not fit to run for President, he is not fit to serve as President. He must resign the office immediately. November 5 cannot arrive soon enough.

He is absolutely correct. Mike Johnson for president.

I can’t wait to see Biden’s people on screen- boy, is it gonna be a love fest! United and delighted, DNC 2024.

will it be any more entertaining than seeing Gaetz and McCarthy duking it out at the RNC?

GOP is bummed

The GOP may be bummed, but as a republican I happy. I don't want to vote for Trump, but sure as hell was not voting for a corpse.

We know you're voting for Trump anyway. If you were really voting for Biden, you would realize Trump is old and has dementia. It's not like Trump is a spry young man anymore. He tries to cover his sick, pale skin with orange good and he is mostly kept away from the public and encouraged to read the teleprompter. When he doesn't, his comments make no sense.

You just described Biden to a T.

I said something similar to my husband. I said the poor guy probably has no idea he even dropped out.

Wonder how long it will be till Trump figures it out?

You can't give up the power of the incumbency and be a lame duck for 18 months.

That said:

Joe should be praised for what he did for this country in 2020 and Kamala should carry the mantle of the Biden Coalition and bring centrists to the table to defeat MAGA and Trump once and for all.

His presidency has been a disaster and Kamala would be worse.

So says a MAGA MAGGOT.

Thank you, Joe! You came forward, ran for president, and beat Trump. So much gratitude 💙

I actually agree with him on this. He’s right.

Why?

Just because he might be too old in a couple of years doesn't mean he can't finish the next 6 months. That is plain stupid.

Resigning now sends a negative message. Declining the nomination is just saying, "I'm fit to be president but I recognize concerns that I won't be within the next four years"

Biden was the highest performing opponent in those polls.

Why did the GOP oppose the bi-partisan bill then? If you want to place blame, there it is right there.
