Southwest Airlines in a nationwide meltdown

We just got emails giving us 25k points per person from SW for all of the trouble, and our December flights were not even affected.

Meanwhile, still no news on the bags they took from us 8 days ago when they bumped us from the flight.

PS that person that bribed the gate agent to get the bag should totally submit it to SWA for reimbursement.

Our bags showed up at our house just after we returned home (on another airline) from our trip.
