What’s the big deal about waiting for a subpoena?
He put a padlock on the door with all the top secret documents! Sure the government asked for the papers back, but that was just the start of the negotiations! |
It is what the GOP wants. A divided US benefits Russia, China, Iran, etc. |
One side wants to end the republic and believes in selected application of law. The rest of us are independents and democrats. |
Subpoenas are for civil cases. They don’t generally use subpoenas for criminal cases for chain of custody reasons, among others. Plus, also why would they need a subpoena for him to voluntarily turn stuff over? If he was willing to give it all back, a warrant would not have been necessary. The whole thing is particularly ridiculous given that the only thing that it appears they “seized” was documents that belong to the government that he had no legal right to have in his residence. |
Republicans don't actually care about police at all. They just like it when unarmed black people are killed. |
+1 And NARA had been trying to get this stuff back for months and they still didn’t have it. |
| Conservatives feel betrayed because Their motto is there are in-groups where the law protects but does not bind and out-groups where the law binds but does not protect. Conservatives have always been part of the in/group. So it's blowing their mind that the law is actually coming for one of those whom the law has protected but not bound. |
Republicans support the Racist Police State police who know their job is to target Blacks and Hispanics. They don’t support the Woke Police who think laws also apply to White Republicans. |
Wooah. Always shocking when you see analysis this correct on DCUM. But here it is. this is it. This is the whole damn story. |

I think he's saying a corrupt head of the FBI drew up a warrant to be signed by a corrupt judge. Just like they did with the FISAs |
