My neighbor is dating a 22 years old and his 41. his kids are 12 and 8

I know is not my business. But my neighbor is 42 years olds and he dating someone who might be 22 years old. My DS is friends with his DD who is 12 years old. Do you think is werid to date someone who was born when you're were and adult? His DD says she nice and funny. Do you think is strange to date someone so much older and or younger than you?

But play dates would be at my house. I hate to say it but in my own personal completely anecdotal experience these middle age/college age romances tend to involve some dysfunction.
