Jobs for Moms?

Anonymous
Are there any jobs for moms where I can leave before 4:30 pm and perhaps work from home 1 day per week and still make around 150k? And no weekend work!

$150k? id love that too. I didn't have that when I wasn't a mom though.
I'm going back to my $110k job after maternity leave and working 6-7 hr days at the office and the rest from home and consider myself lucky.

Pp again. But I've worked for that company for a long time so they know my work product and have no problem with me working flexible hours.

I do that with $110K. Marketing research with 20 years in the industry, in-house position at an association. I negotiated the schedule when I was hired 5 yrs ago after being home for 7 years.

Substitute teacher, but it's 30k. 150 seams like awfully wishful thinking.

Government attorney at the right agency

150k seems a stretch, but there are more between 80-100k depending on the field.

Can someone correct the title to "Jobs for Mommies"?

Good Lord.

OP are you teasing? That's 90th percentile of American incomes, and you're asking for this income with one day home per week, plus leaving early, with no evident training for this job other than probably a BA in something general?

Ask moms what they're giving up for short working hours. I work part-time at a school for only 30k because I want to see my kids more and get summers off.

Sure, if you are able to be in the office by 6:30 a.m.

OP here: surely there has to be something?

Well, why don't you start off telling us what kind of job? I'm guessing there might be something that pays that somewhere, but what specialty? Law, accounting, IT, engineering, what?!?!

Such as? I mean, really?

I know part time lawyers who earn that much for those hours.

Op here: I have no idea, that's why I'm asking if it is realistic!
