Right now, Israel is violating international law (again!) by invading Syria and trying to terrorize residents in southeaster Syria out of their villages. When residents quite rightly refused to leave, the IDF destroyed their water and power supplies in an effort to "encourage" them. This is the Zionist terrorism that has continued since the Nakba -- drive Palestinians out of their homes by fair means or foul (nearly always foul) and then take over their land without compensation and never allow them to return.

What would be the response if a neighboring country did the same to Israel by invading and demanding that the rightful owners of the land leave their homes? Can you imagine the outraged shrieks? Why does the international community not intervene? I hope the toothless UN is able to recruit some major powers to help enforce international law. Somebody needs to hold the world's obnoxious bully accountable. At the moment, they're playing Chamberlain to Israel's Hitler.

There sure are a lot of pro-Hamas, pro-terrorism, pro-hostage-taking, pro-corrupt government, fact-fabricating anti-democracy sympathizers here. Where are the calls for the release of hostages, for an end to terror, and for peace? All the blather about Israeli actions to secure its border doesn't change the facts - Israel stays inside its borders unless threatened or attacked. That's irrefutable.

Hamas surrenders, the hostage are released, peace ensues. Too simple a concept? I guess it's easier to moan about the losses of 1948 and ever after than to concede what brought those on the heads of the people who started each and every one of those conflicts.

Peace and apartheid don’t mix. As long as the occupation and apartheid exists, there will be resistance. Also let’s not forget the innocent Palestinian hostages, like 5 year olds that the IDF would send into dangerous situations as bait. The IDF and the Israeli government are the evil and it’s been unveiled by the current genocide but keep crying about peace.

So what is Israel doing in Syria in violation of international law? There will never be peace until Israel caps its culturally narcissistic Zionism and stops genociding Palestinians, stealing their land, assassinating journalists, and employing the methods of an authoritarian state (such as denying habeas corpus to political prisoners and children).
