It's match-day eve!

What is your ideal scenario?

Mine is that we get into Inspired Teaching, our #1 choice and ALSO win Friday's Megamillions drawing letting us by that expensive place in Bloomingdale we can't afford.

Its going to be a LONG day.

My dream is Mundo Verde. Realistic dream is ITS. Even more realistic dream is Lee and their move doesn't fall through at the last second.

But the truth is if we end up at our IB, I will breathe a logistical sign of relief. I haaaaate driving.

Breakthrough is our #1. Montessori within walking distance....

+1. Right now I only drive on weekends, and the amount of stress that removes from my life is huge. I only listed schools that have a shuttle from our neighborhood, which took us out of most schools. Oh well.

I would think MV would be more realistic than ITS. MV is a bigger school with more spots and it's had problems with bullying/behavior/tough drop off.

Maybe, but this is for PK3 and I think there will be a lot of siblings from last year's big PK4 class.

Also hoping for MV because I live 1 block from there and would love to be able to drop off my kid and then grab a coffee at Uncle Chips. I see parents doing that every day and I am so jealous.

This is so true. I like to fantasize that we will get into one of our top-ranked schools, and then I think, "But the driving..." Even though all the schools are within 1.5 miles! I'm too much of a city girl. So maybe my lottery results will be a "win" no matter what, eh?

I think we win-win. Lots of great charters, or the convenience of Langley and the opportunity to be a part of making it great, and another spin of the wheel for PK4.
