What's the fastest way to slim your hips and thighs? |
| Squats? |
| Run and eat less (carbs and sugar). No other way. Squats will help tone. Hips and thighs are my problem areas. |
| The answer is you can't choose where you lose fat from through spot training. The only way to slim one area is to lose weight overall. Sure you can build muscle in those areas but that won't make you lose fat there. |

Nothing builds muscle in my thighs and hips/butt like running and squats.
By all means do them to have a shapely lower half. But not if you want to "slim" them (which... why would you do that?) |

| Run 25 miles per week...makes a difference even if you mix in fast walking. |
| Walking and running in the pool or swimming |
Not op, but running and squats only build the front of my thighs, they don't help with the outer thighs. For that, I find good old fashioned side leg lifts to be the most beneficial. |
Be careful. I gained 10lbs doing that! And no, it was not muscle. |
