"The trial begins Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, in Courtroom 5J, Fairfax County Circuit Court. Court sessions will begin at 10 a.m. each day and run Monday through Thursday unless otherwise ordered by the court. A media pool will be used in this case, including still photos and video."

"Court TV is the media pool coordinator for video and audio coverage of the trial. A digital pool feed will be provided. Court TV will distribute an access link to the live feed directly to authorized members of the media."

Courtroom Seating: There will not be any set aside seating for the media in the courtroom. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is subject to availability. Once the courtroom is full, no additional seats will be made available.

Does this mean it won’t be live broadcast ?

No, it means Court TV will run the feed - they do in most jurisdictions as they have the best quality equipment - and they will share they feed with authorized media outlets. It will be live broadcast on Court TV they’ve been advertising it for weeks already - and it will probably also broadcast live on Law & Crime and maybe some other online networks via YouTube. Local news will undoubtedly play clips from the trial during news broadcasts.

Best bet if you want to watch is to set up your DVR to record Court TV Live. You can watch at your leisure fast forwarding through the commercial breaks and the yammering of their hosts and guest analysts.

If Brendan’s mother and father had an humanity they would have cut him off financially and made him use a public defender. You two and your “followers” are delusional trash. I hope you all rot!
