It was said in court documents that Christine sent a picture to Brendan and then he and Juliana used that photo that was only sent to him on the fetish website. Also, Christine could’ve had the same accent as Juliana as far as Joe knew. Not to mention that yelling and screaming because you’re being attacked in your bedroom by a stranger I don’t think the accent is gonna throw anybody off at that point. May there be justice for Christine and Joe. |
Maybe you’re coming to the story late, but it was in the news that they used a voice changer. |
Where do you find this information about the trial? |

Just enter in his first and last name. |
Oh, I didn’t know about that! Thank you! |
| When do you guys think they’ll start presenting evidences at the trial? Maybe start on the third day? I’ve never been to a trial like that before! |
If jury selection isn't complete by COB Wednesday I imagine the opening statements won't occur until the following Monday. Why? I imagine each side's opening statement will last at least one full court day. The judge will not allow the prosecution to make its opening statement on Friday and let the jury mull it over the weekend before the defense can present its opening on Monday. |
Whoops. I wrote the above. I still think opening statements won’t happen until the week after next. But… that Monday is MLK Jr. day. So may have to wait until Tuesday the 20th for things to truly start IMHO. |
| Is it all going to be broadcasted live ? If so, is it even worth going? |
Can you explain in the subpoena notices what "business" means? As in "A. Smith - Business". Thanks. |
I think a Va. judge will move things along. They pick a jury in 2 days (at most), opening stmts by Wed. and they get started with witnesses by Thurs. |
It means it’s a business. probably with cameras or one he visited leading up to the murders. As opposed to a person being subpoenaed like Theresa Banfield was. |
Broadcast. Not broadcasted. |
