They have used their royal connection while at the same time bashing everything about the BRF. Some people who haven’t drunk the Kool aid might think that’s a tad hypocritical. |
They haven't bashed everything about the BRF, that is hyperbolic. |
I can’t keep up but the fact remains that Charles is the worst father in the world. He is horrible. They should skip over him! |
I like that he's into organic gardening |
Really? A man who was closely involved in his sons' lives and who also gave Harry a substantial sum of money when he wanted to settle in the US (in contrast to Harry's claims that he received no support). "Worst father in the world" doesn't quite sound like it. Was he a perfect father? No, but then again no father is perfect. His marriage to Diana was a tragedy but no one came out of it smelling of roses (including Diana). He will be king. You don't get to pick and chose your monarch. |
What have they not complained about? |
What’s so terrible about Charles? |
QE2, Cousins, Phillip, Frogmore (the public complained about this not H&M), charitable work |
He was largely absent, did not support his children through the death of their mother, and I would argue that the entire Camilla/Charles/Diana saga was, in addition to him being a terrible husband, him being a terrible father. He has been known to be cold, although less so in recent years, and perhaps more so in the last two! |
Or maybe yet another anonymous source-close-to-the-royals is spewing crap? And crap sticks. This whole mess is like the world’s most dysfunctional middle school clique. |
Small potatoes. |
Hmmm. William seems to have had the same father as his brother. I don’t hear the same series of non-stop complaints from that camp. |
-Son and grandchildren live thousands of miles away. Twice in three months, son makes the trip to be where Dad is. Dad makes plans to be out of town. There’s a long history that you can easily catch up on if you like. While I believe that Charles might have meant well, he sucked royally (haha) as a husband and as a father, particularly for Harry, the younger son. |
Because he's in line to be king and and was clearly favored by his father. My God, you seem clueless. You're like the dysfunctional parents who make clear who their favorite is among their children, and then act all clueless when their other children stop showing up to family functions. |
Turns out if you imply your dad is racist on international TV, he might not want to chat with you when you’re in town. Who knew? |
