It 1000% doesn't matter, legally. Murder is not suddenly justified b/c the deceased is a bad person. While I may not care for that individual, I def care that some dickhead with a weapon and an attitude thinks he's entitled to parade around doling out his own brand of vigilante justice.

Did you even watch the video? It DOES matter when it's self defense.
Vigiliante justice? Oh please. He was being attacked by adults who were felons. A skateboard to the head can be deadly. A kick to the head can be deadly. Some crazy felon throwing a brick at you then charging you and trying to take your gun can be deadly.
100% justified shoot.

There was no brick thrown. And no, really, whether the people he shot were felons or boy scouts doesn't matter in the moment. They went after a guy who'd just shot and killed someone. Typically they'd be described as brave, as heroes.

He live less than 30 MINUTES AWAY! Your OMG HE CROSSED STATE LINES!! argument is beyond stupid. Look at a map before you spout nonsense you heard on CNN.

makes it a federal crime for your boy kyle. so sad!

He was a bad guy with a gun. He'd just shot a guy five times in the face, thigh and back. And he was running down a crowded street with AR-15 in hand.

It's amazing anyone is defending him. I get that he may get off in the court of law. But so did O.J.

He was attacked first and the guy attempted to disarm him before he shot him according to eye witness testimony from other ANTIFA that were there.
You are spouting off without having the facts and now you look a fool.

The brick was in a plastic bag, it can be seen on video.
So you are okay with the vigilante justice of the guys who went after the shooter but not when the shooter defended himself from attack?
LOL, the mental gymnastics are hilarious! Hypocrite.

SO ARE VIGILANTES HEROES OR NOT? Can't have it both ways.

Yep. I feel like this whole thing - in addition to being horrifying, tragic, and predictable - is a massive self-own on the part of Trumpskies.

What does Trump have to do with a DEMOCRAT mayor who didn't allow the police to do their jobs and arrest rioters? You are truly unhinged and an emotional thinker who does not use logic.

I see the talking points were sent out.

Was the mayor there when the cops were giving Kyle water and expressing their appreciation for him and his buddies being out there with guns in a chaotic situation that didn’t need more deadly variables? Did the mayor stop the cops from being responsible adults and professionals who can defuse a situation? Like maybe they were going to say, “hey we appreciate you coming out...but there’s a lot happening here and it would be safer for everyone, you and us including, if you guys took those guns home,” but the mayor ordered them not to? Just curious.

Is any republican/white supremacist EVER responsible for his actions or do you always blame the nearest democrat and/or whites person?

There's a bag in the video, but whatever is in it, it ain't a brick.

So in your mind, if someone comes to a place where guns are allowed and shoots someone, and I tackle them to try to stop them from getting away or shoot others, I'm a vigilante? OK then.

I watched the video multiple times too. You don't shoot someone FIVE TIMES in self-defense, including in the BACK, when that person is unarmed.

Ah, yes, that makes the defense of the shooter ok. Perfectly reasonable then, got it, thanks.

Please show a SHRED of evidence that Kyle was a WHite Supremacist. YOU have none but you keep repeating that LIE.

And also, explain why the cops stood down and did nothing if the mayor didn't order it. He is the leader of the city and the buck stops with him. So he's automatically innocent because he's a Democrat? Please.

And once again, SHOW EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCUSATION that KYLE is a white supremacist or SHUT UP WITH THE LIE.

Where did you receive your tactical training? How often do you shoot? What firearms do you own?
You're spouting off like an expert about something you know NOTHING about. Stop with the ignorant comments.

You never handled a gun but know all about it, huh? LAUGHABLE.

Can you show evidence the Mayor ordered the cops to stand down?

Someone should sue the police and officers involved. Sounds like a terrorist organization.

Not sure what that has to do with it, but I have owned multiple handguns for over a decade, belong to a gun club, and shot them regularly before the pandemic. Thanks for asking!

It’s all over his Facebook pages, he was at a trump rally, Blue eye matter, etc, etc
