Well, did the cops ever locate via cell phone where she was? They don’t realize they are saying they believe Scott’s innocent by talking about calling a cell phone

The phone was in the car. Where she was not. Scott knew that which is why he left his stupid message “Hey Beautiful…” after he dumper her body in the bay. He’s sick in the head.

What about the conversation he had with someone about anchoring the body and it being the perfect way to dispose of it? What about the tarps and umbrellas in the back of the truck? What about not using the fishing stuff? What about lying about playing golf? What about immediately stating she’s missing? What about getting rid of her stuff? What about the hair on the boat stuff when it was brand new and she had never been on it? What about buying the boat immediately before she was killed and dumped in the bay? You think some local meth heads committing petty crime upped the ante 10000000% and when she saw them - an 8 month pregnant lady without her phone walking - they were “terrified” and had to quick kill her? And then they kept her body until the news reported where he had been fishing and decided that to avoid getting caught they would anchor her arms and legs and drive an hour and a half to the bay, row out on a boat which of course all drug addicts with zero money have, and dispose of the body. That sounds plausible. Totally more reasonable than the jury’s decision to convict a man unanimously of murder. Premeditated murder.

I think it's just one psycho. I think they also defended OJ Simpson on that thread.

There’s some criminal chick named Deanna Renfro (she even was Facebook friends with one of the burglars). She also knew the Medina family, the family that was robbed. The Medinas left for LA on the morning of Dec 24, and an hour later the burglars arrive to rob the house. In the house, a safe with over 50,000 in cash is robbed along with jewels. It’s not explained why there’s 50k in cash in that house, but when Scott’s defense wanted to test the safe for Laci’s fingerprints or hair, the Modesto police “destroyed the safe”. It was never found.

Deanna Renfro pawned Lacis watch on December 31, 2002. She knew the burglars, the homeowners, owned a van, had an extensive criminal history along with her burglar buddies, and the cops didn’t interrogate her for anything and the burglars didn’t give up her name either as the link who told them about the Medinas.

A police officer reported an unidentified woman swiftly ran into the police station some time after Dec 27th and threw the Medina jewelry on the counter and ran away.

And somehow all this supposed connection to the neighbors means again that they kidnapped a pregnant woman, held her for months, allowed her to give birth and then killed her and the baby separately. In the meantime they pawned the pregnant lady’s watch linking them to her as well. Brilliant theory.

How did the rope get tied in a bow over Connor? Was he born while Scott strangled her?

How did they get the watch? What happened to Lacis cell phone? You notice the cops don’t mention that’s missing right? They always wanted to pin it on Scott. She was taken. She wasn’t killed at home by Scott. She went for her walk and never returned

Again, enough with the questions. Where is the detailed, coherent explanation (that you said you already provided but won't give a page number) of what might have actually happened instead?

Peacock seems to be very biased when it comes to presenting cases. They have the series sympathetic to Scott now and they had another series sympathetic to Casey Anthony a few years ago.

Are they trying to get Nancy Grace to explode?

Sure. He dumped her in the bay in December and she wasn’t found until April despite over 50 searches.

He dismembered her body, stole all the missing organs, placed tape on her, changed her outfit to tan capris in December, and Connor was born with twine and tape on his body in the midst of the suffocation, strangulation, pool drowning whatever it is that the prosecution couldn’t even claim as a cause of death.

Nobody confirmed her outfit. You also don’t seem to understand body decomposition.

The search for Laci's body in the San Francisco Bay did not result in the bay being secured as a crime scene. Countless people were free to come and go from the bay at all hours of the day and night. Meanwhile, Scott's alibi and the fact that the bay was being searched was publicized almost daily. There was ample opportunity to place their bodies in the water or along the shoreline.

Juror Greg Beratlis tried to grasp the defense theory that Peterson was framed, but he couldn't believe that any one else would have gone to such trouble to hide her body. Why is this so unbelievable? If someone is evil enough to commit murder, wouldn't they be evil enough to go to the trouble of blaming someone else?

By December 28th, both the Modesto Police and the media were at the Berkeley Marina and it was known to everyone following the case Scott was at the marina on Dec 24th. Water searches of the San Francisco Bay began by December 30th. The search teams included the Coast Guard, Navy, agencies from at least four different counties, the FBI, dogs trained to smell the surface of the water for gases being emitted from decomposing bodies, in excess of 200 side scan sonar searches, a robotic vehicle that drove along the bottom of the water, scuba divers and helicopters. Their 26 search days of the shallow waters turned up nothing.

Are we to believe bodies dumped 4 days ago couldn’t be found in the shallow fishing waters of Brooks Island?

Isn’t that what Scott is doing? Killed his wife but blaming the burglars? The burglars who passed a polygraph he was too scared to take?

I think I understand a head doesn’t go missing due to body decomposition. Homemade “cement” anchors can’t dismember a body.
Four “homemade” 8 pound cement anchors for a total of 32 pounds attached to each of her limbs can’t sink 150 lbs without sinking Scott and the tiny fishing boat with them. He would’ve been dumped overboard too because that boat was tiny.

The injuries Laci sustained like broken ribs and missing organs were not from “marine life” or “anchors”. Every medical examiner said that “not in a million years” were her injuries sustained in the water

Yes, The same burglars who bragged to inmates they confronted Laci that day.

Those burglars have a criminal history a mile long and Scott has no history of crime.

I don’t have to provide an alternative detailed theory. All that’s needed is to prove reasonable doubt. If there’s any reasonable doubt, you aren’t supposed to convict especially to death.

There’s lots of reasonable doubt in this case from the clothing Lacis body was in, twine around Connors neck, the burglary, the watch, the burglar’s safe, the burned van with a bloody mattress, the SF Bay not closed as a crime scene as part of an active investigation, alibi getting publicized, ignoring tips about strange vans and seeing a pregnant woman arguing with men. Modesto’s downtown area by the Airport district was and still is drug and crime ridden, and the cadaver dogs kept trailing that way in the days after Laci’s disappearance. She probably was in one of those strange vans and never got out. The Robbers and Deanna all lived in the Airport district.

The Burglary: Key to Laci’s Murder?

December 24- Medina’s house is burglarized. 11:40am: neighbor Diane Jackson witnesses the burglary, sees 3 of the 5 burglars carrying a large 200lbs safe out to their van. She reports this to two officers on December 27.

December 31: Deanna Renfrow pawned a croton watch, likely the same watch Laci was wearing when she went missing. Renfro is a known associate of Steven Todd, with a criminal history for theft, robbery, and methamphetamine possession.

January 2- confidential informant “out of concern for Laci Peterson” called and told police five men were responsible for Medina burglary. Two of which are Steven Todd and Glenn Pearce. Police arrest Todd and Pearce, in possession of the safe and other stolen items. At the home is Mother Doe (who is the mother for John Doe from Jan 6 tip).

January 6- America’s Most Wanted received a tip. Overheard two men, one referred to as John Doe, discussing Laci Peterson. The two men were discussing Laci’s abduction and murder. These two men have a strong connection to Steven Todd.

January 10- Tracy Tip: Caller says that Laci Peterson is being held in a criminal compound near Tracy, Ca.

Late January- Officer Aponte overheard an inmate Tenbrink discussing the Laci Peterson case with his brother who is friends with Steven Todd. He mentioned that Laci had confronted Todd during the burglary.

There’s no trial here. He’s been denied.
