iunno that rooftop bar is nice…. I mean adding some quartz in the bathroom helps but Loudoun needs a bar…. Jus saying. Carry on tho. |
This attitude is why Loudoun/NVA sucks. The same old Loudoun. Win at younger ages due to size of player pool and athleticism and lose as they get older because there is no soccer development at the club. |
And the worst part is that they don't care. They'll gladly take your money for no development. If you get unhappy with that lack of development and leave, then they pull from the nine teams below and move on as if you were never there. |
Sounds like a pretty good business model to me. Many clubs would love to have that |
As a non-profit, should their focus be on $$$s/business model? |
Sounds like the parent of someone who couldn't hack it at Loudoun/NVA |
Sounds like Arlington. |
Probably the solar panel guy and his minions, swears he started his club to combat Loudoun and its alleged disservice to the youth and the game only to replicate their business model and only think about them benjamins turning into a de facto copycat of Loudoun lol |
.... Would like to have piss poor older teams with laughable college placements compared to an the other clubs in the area? Sure. |
|
| All the clubs recruit coaches or benefit from mergers to bring players over. It’s like one big carousel. |
not really. Its all about what coach from what club takes over a team. And who the leadership is. NVA alliance is a farce. Remind me how many GFR and Valor kids were picked up in initial formation? How many of them are still on NVA teams. How many DRs are there now from Valor? Your path to NVA is mainly thru loudoun. |
This is correct. Coaches/directors urging part time board members that x, y or z action is critical to get new players (and not just critical but TIMELY, WE HAVE MOVE MOVE NOW OR ELSE WE'LL BE LEFT BEHIND) is the oldest trick in the book, yet they still fall for it. |
3rd grade response. Try harder next time. |
You think college placements are some kind of measuring stick. But clubs and coaches don’t think that way. They just care about filling all the rosters with paying customers. Coaches get paid the same no matter how many college placements. Club revenues don’t change. I mean, of course they would take more placements but only because the effect it could have to help fill rosters. What you think is a flex is not. It makes you seem silly and uninformed. |
