A few top kids leaving is typically the start of a death spiral, unfortunately.

In the case of BLC we are lucky to see them go

BLC parent here. Not everyone feels this way.

And this is why we have had such a toxic team culture

We have great players and coaches. Parents should leave the coaching and roster decisions to the coaches. Parents that disagree with one another should keep that off the field and out of practices. This team exists for the benefit of your daughter.

Wow…BLC roster changes apparently tore the scab off for some parents. Hope you guys hold it together next year.

The parents are the problem, gossipy, meddlesome, and backstabbing, some of them are ruining the team for their own girls and others. If this was just about our 12 year olds and their coaches BLC would be a good experience for us.

If you feel this way, you should take it to the Club Director and Coaches. They’ve addressed this before.

They’ve addressed this with the 2030 team?

I love you all. Not as much as the 2028 parents, but a lot.

Still 2 years until Cap tryouts. Plenty of runway.

2030s will be a better class. Go away.

Oh no. I, and many of your new fans will be here until after this thread implodes when Capital sends out their team invites in July 2026.

We can only hope, all the better.

Did the coaches and club address it when a parent got kicked out of a game? Embarrassing for the whole team. I don’t understand how that family stays and others are asked to leave

I believe PP was referring to the argument between the BLC parents

Sounds like BLC is a mess. No leadership.
