Her plastic surgery has actually improved in the last year or so. Before she really did look like the Joker. But now it's softened a bit such that I don't cringe when I see her face.

Sanchez has stumpy weight lifter legs. Crossing them makes the legs look longer and slimmer. So many of my mom friends do this pose with their legs.

I don't know her background, but clearly she lacks class or etiquette. It's sad that Bezos doesn't have enough sense to be embarrassed by her, or to talk to her about dressing appropriately especially at kids events.
