Hahaha, laughing my ass off at the trip down memory lane, fellow class of '93er!

I do think a lot of these songs are too slow, tempo-wise, for running, though.

I do think a lot of these songs are too slow, tempo-wise, for running, though.


My husband says the same thing about my music choice! ? Unless I make a conscious effort to run faster or slower, I usually finding myself settling in around a 8:25 minute mile when I listen to this music- kind of my "default pace."
