Don't know if you use Spotify but, if so, you can look up my playlist 'mama's running' which has about 60 songs. My 8 year old put it together for me and I made my own additions (and deletions). Got me through the marathon this weekend!

Bump. Anyone got some good, new, upbeat songs to run to?

Hahaha, laughing my ass off at the trip down memory lane, fellow class of '93er!

I do think a lot of these songs are too slow, tempo-wise, for running, though.

Hah, me three. In that spirit, would like to add:

Bitter Tears - INXS
Ultraviolet (Light My Way) - U2 (admit it, you forgot about Achtung Baby)
Armageddon It - Def Leppard
Angel of Harlem - U2
Right Now - Van Halen

Slow R&B for running and breathing but 90's east coast rap for weight lifting

I don't know how people ever would run more than 5 minutes without music.

I do see people running without headphones, and I'm just in awe of their discipline.
