Of course, Clinton is blaming it on the “classification system.” Yeah, sure. And, I am sure she will reiterate, once again, that they weren’t “marked” classified. Of course they weren’t. When an individual puts top secret content in an email to you (which, by the way... is against the law), it is not going to have a classification marking.
Wonder when the FBI will be making their recommendation as to an indictment....... will it be in time?

Twenty-two emails from Hillary Clinton's private email server have been marked "top secret" and won't be released, the State Department said Friday.

The emails were not marked as classified at the time they were sent.

"We can confirm that later today, as part of our monthly FOIA productions of former Secretary Clinton's emails, the State Department will be denying in full seven email chains, found in 22 documents representing 37 pages," State Department spokesman John Kirby told reporters.

The documents are being upgraded at the request of the intelligence community because they contain a category of top secret information," Kirby said.

If the FBI recommends and indictment, and Obama and the Justice Dept. decide not to indict, there will be hell to pay. Seems as if the FBI is upset with the comments today by Josh Earnest about the emails. Since he is not privy to the FBI investigation, his comments were not well received by those who are actually DOING the investigation according to reports.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters Friday that he sees no reason for Democrats to find an alternative presidential candidate in case Hillary Clinton is indicted over her mishandling of classified material on her private email server. “That’s not something I’m worried about,” Earnest said. Earnest also tried to push back against predictions that Hillary will be indicted for her email fiasco. Earnest also said the FBI investigation, “Doesn’t seem to be headed in that direction.”
