If you work full time, when do you work out?

I'm specifically interested in hearing from people who don't work from home, and aren't able to work out during their lunch hour.

Now. I get up at 530 and work out 4 days during the week. Run M/W, gym T/Th and then workout once or twice on the weeken (run/yoga). I'm up now to tidy as the cleaning lady comes today - I should be asleep (or tidying and not in DCUM!).

Not OP but wow! What time do you go to bed at night?

I'm so not a morning person, and my house is small enough that when I get up early it wakes my kids.

But I admire you!

Up at 5 am to run before work. 2-3 days of the work week then anoth run on the weekend. I also started doing some body weight exercises in the evening for about a half hour after dinner.

Up at 5 to go to a 6am barre class. It's the only time of the day I can exercise.

Work out at home in my basement at 6am. Kids wake up at 7am.

Get up every morning at 6 to work out 60-75 min before work. At work by 8:30.

I want to be a morning person but I'm just not. I telework one day a week so I get one afternoon workout in during the weekday. One day a week my kid has practice at a rec center so while he does that I get on the treadmill in the workout room. I will also go to the rec center on Saturday to get on the treadmill. It's not enough and I'm trying to fit in a couple more workouts during the week.

Not enough, especially during the winter. I work out on weekend afternoons, while my kids are napping (husband stays home- I cover for him at other times so he can work out).

When it's a bit nicer, I usually bike to and from work, an hour ride each way, 2-3 times a week. My usual commute is about 45 minutes each way, so it adds some time, but not too much.

Once in a while I motivate to work out early in the morning before work, but honestly not enough. If we had exercise equipment in our house, it may be a bit easier to squeeze it in in the morning or after the kids go to bed.

When I can't work out at lunch, and especially during the summer when it's really hot, I run or work out in the morning before work. It's nice to have your workout over and done with by 7:00 a.m. A couple evenings a week, I go to yoga after work. (and occasionally do my other workout afterward if I didn't get to it earlier.)

On weekends, I take my child to the gym with me.

Wake up at 5am. I'm in a moms running group and the majority of us are working out before the house wakes up. Some of them start at 4:45.

After the kids go to bed. I go to a class twice a week 8:30 to 10pm and sometimes will do the bike trainer at home or, in the summer, run in the evening after our kids go to bed. If I manage to prep dinner ahead of time, I'll sometimes go on a quick pre-dinner run as soon as DH gets home if that's my only option for a daylight run.

At times in the past I have gotten up early (hard now b/c my husband goes in to work at 6am and our kids get up early) or gone to the gym at lunch a couple times a week. DH works out at his work gym in the morning.

In the evenings. My gym has later classes starting at 7/7:30 PM that I go to.

It's not perfect as it interrupts the whole evening but it works. I would love to work out over lunch instead but I can't take more than an hour for lunch so there isn't enough time.

I wake up at 4 and I'm in the gym from 4:30 to 5:30. I have two kids (3.5 and 2) so I have to get it done early. I'm at work by 7:30 and I go to bed at 9. Not enough sleep but I feel better he hen I workout

Morning walk, fitness video or in house elliptical from 7-7:30 every weekday morning. Two yoga classes in evening per week or on sat.
