I WFH 2 days a week and fit in a short full body workout late morning or right before dinner. Same on weekend, often in the playground with my kids (squats, lunges etc).
During the week I try to fit in as many 10 minute walking sessions as I can. I keep track on my phone and it's a game to make the numbers add up every week. |
| I don't really have a separate time to work out. I'm a teacher and a single mom. I walk a lot at school. I'm a resource teacher so it's like I'm an art teacher but I have to pick up and drop off all of my students. So it's a lot of walking. At night, I lift some hand weights. I walk our dog daily except for in the bitter cold and snow. That's it. I value sleep over almost anything so exercising loses out. |

I get up an hour early 4 times a week. It's easy if you dedicate yourself to it.
Oddly enough, I find it easier to work out on the weekedays because those are the ones with a fixed schedule. Weekends, everyone wants to sleep in and relax. |
| Twice during the weekday I get 545 (or whenever I wake up) until about 710am while my DH does kid duty (he gets other two days). This time of year I bike in the basement and soon I'll run or bike. One or two days I run home from work (my commute is 50min or so and the run is 60min or longer if I have time). Fridays I telework and workout either super early or during lunch. Weekends whenever I can (usually while kids nap). |
| I usually work out at 5:30 am on weekdays -- that worked for me when I was staying at home and it works when I am working. I feel great all day. |
