almost all of those accounts are bots. sheesh, use your brains.

I am less disturbed by that than the people I consider friends and co workers celebrating this.

I’m having a really hard time with this and I really hated Charlie Kirk.

Who are you and where do you live that you know so many people celebrating this?

i live in the epicenter of a liberal community in DC and work in an extremely liberal workplace and I don't know anyone celebrating this. i have 50 years worth of liberal friends on Facebook (1500+ of them) and I doin't know anyone celebrating this. It was an awful, horrendous act.. We had nothing in common with CK but everyone and I mean everyone I associate with thinks this was horrible. The only people I have come across who are celebrating anything are the bots in the post that someone posted upthread today. Not a single person in real life.

You’re a troll.

No one knows anyone who’s celebrating this. No one. Because no one is.

If this is what you choose to believe than so be it. I’m in group chats where they are making fun of how the shooter missed his giant head and how he “leaned left” in the end.

I’m genuinely disgusted.

I lol’d!!!

Your friends sound awesome. I wanna hang out with them, hehe!!!

That’s pretty messed up. Please seek help.

All this talk of him having a trans girlfriend is crazy!. The likelihood is just statistically not there. I guess it’s the right wing trying to flood the zone.

Trump is always saying transgender everyone or whatever.

They think about transgender people from the moment they wake up to the moment they to go bed where they dream about transgender people. Some of them have a secret sexual fetish for trans ppl no doubt. That shame makes them hate transgenders.

DP. If it turns out the roommate actually is trans, perhaps the right wing shooter felt so conflicted and ashamed about his feelings of attraction that that’s what made him lose it.

Fellow liberal here. I may not be celebrating but I'm unapologetically indifferent just as Charlie Kirk was when it happened to others .

There are many, many people who are killed by gun violence each years, many of them kids, students, just minding their business. It's so gross that the Right is blathering on and acting like this guy was some sort of christ-like figure. And they say NOTHING about kids. Nothing about Minnesota. Nothing about the church in Georgia. Nothing about the kids in Denver, etc. THIS is what you use your social platform for? GTFOH.

He didn't deserve to die, no matter how vile he was (and he was). But neither does anyone else. Charlie didn't care about them, though. He thought gun policy would affect other people and didn't care. So I'm going to show him as much empathy as he has shown other people and other victims. He gets no further air time from me.

I don't know what to tell you. I listened to him every day while driving. I agreed with a lot of what he said. None of it was strange. He had the kind of opinions most of our parents held 40 years ago plus being an excellent apologist for Christianity. Now he's dead, killed in front of his own little children. and most people where I live cheered that death. It was that cheering that jolted me, far worse than the killing itself. That people I considered friends want people like me to die for our opinions.

That is horrible, and I am sorry for your experience, but truly you have strange friends. I have one social media friend out of hundreds who made a crass comment and not one other friend said anything remotely close to "cheering." Yes some people criticized him, which apparently the Trump administration is trying to get people fired for, but cheer? That is disgusting and not normal.

This is not the way. We have to be better than this.

Those are all fake. They’re not real, they’re bots.

Don’t be such a dumbass. Youre as stupid as MAGAs.

Indifference is one thing. Celebrating is quite different.

Possibly but I still have doubts that he had a trans roommate. Especially in Utah.

Yeah I bet that’s it.

They were both immersed in sick, online trans ideology.

The transgender boyfriend will be charged as well I predict. He is cooperating with the investigation to lessen his own sentence

Where was it released that he has a transgender boyfriend? Or are you going on the clothes being worn?

If it's the color of his clothes then there's a fairly popular tiktoker, and very big Kirk supporter, who must also be transgender. He was wearing pink the other day.

In one of the articles, a neighbor is quoted as saying they did not think or know the the roommate is transgender. I think it is being inferred and there is no confirmation. My very straight husband wears pink.

wtf sound the childhood neighbor know where the 22 yo was living or living with?

Gawd.

Do you all have actual jobs and tasks to do Monday-Friday or is this really your level of independence thought and interpretation when you read something?

In the Daily Mail article, the roommate’s grandfather, when asked if grandson is transgendered says something along the lines of he doesn’t want to comment on that and doesn’t know what his exact situation is. I don’t know how reliable that is, but is he wasn’t transgendered I think that would be easy to say no he isn’t.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15095195/amp/tyler-robinson-roommate-text-messages-cops-arrest-utah.html

So grandparents 2-3 hours away from your apartment are supposed to be up on who your roommates are? Got it.

And someone asked if Tyler was transgender because his roommate was transitioning? Got it.

Who knew! Keep the grandparents away from the press!

This is not good. The Trans community is being targeted unjustly after recent shootings.

This is only going to add fuel to the fire.

Ah yes, all the leftist liberal nasty posts are bots, not actual people. That must be in. Thank goodness, people aren’t really that nasty and stupid.

Look closely at the accounts. Almost none of them are actual people's names but rather things like "benpoop" and "nurseyboobies." Really, use your brain.

DP. Oh, please. There’s tons of inflammatory right wing posts that are also bots. Social media is a flaming garbage heap.

True, but those bot accounts are usually repeating people like Loomer, Fuentes or Kirk. Who are these bot accounts parroting? I don't see any thought leaders or political leaders on the left laughing or celebrating this. Compare that to people like Senator Mile Lee or, you know, the president, or Stephen Miller.
