Kavanaugh Accuser reveals her Identity

Anonymous
"Kavanaugh and a friend — both “stumbling drunk,” Ford alleges — corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teenagers at a house in Montgomery County.

Here is what she says happened:

"While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
. . .
Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house."

Her husband, recounting 2012 therapy sessions says:
"In an interview, her husband, Russell Ford, said that in the 2012 sessions, she recounted being trapped in a room with two drunken boys, one of whom pinned her to a bed, molested her and prevented her from screaming. He said he recalled that his wife used Kavanaugh’s last name and voiced concern that Kavanaugh — then a federal judge — might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court."

Convinces a prosecutor to file criminal charges? Proof beyond a reasonable doubt is a tough standard, difficult even when the incident is recent, and she's probably not looking for him to go to jail.

There was a guy in high school who chased me around the room with his dick hanging out. I thought it was gross and got the hell out of the house. I'd never sue him or look for him to be prosecuted. But if he was looking for confirmation to the Supreme Court, I'd speak up. (No real risk - last I heard, he was an unemployed drunk.)

Not that you give a shit about rational reasons for not pressing charges. More likely it's a disingenuous effort to insinuate that she's dishonest if she doesn't file a civil suit or ask for criminal charges. The more straight forward thing is to say that you don't believe her because her allegations are negative for your political tribe.

That’s what happened here according to the Washington post . As soon as she heard he was being considered for the Supreme Court she contacted her congressman and he Washington post about her assault. But she was reluctant to go on the record because she knew people would attack her no matter what her story.

It's very important to press charges if you believe you've been assaulted in any way.

Why not? Maybe they are serious people waiting for the facts to be aired.

They didn’t wait for Al Franken to have due process and these charges against Kavanaugh are far more serious.

They had photographic evidence for Al Franken. For he said, she said, it seems like it takes dozen of accusers (see: Bill Cosby, Weinstein, etc.). There's one. If Kavanaugh is the horrible person that's being described, surely there are more.

I’m unaware of the law that says that sexual assault isn’t credible unless there’s multiple assault victims in question.

The PP was talking about the reaction Murkowski and Collins had to Franken, and why that should apply to Kavanaugh as well. The comment had nothing to do with the law.

My rump has more than a dozen women accusing him of assault and the GOP hasn’t moved to do anything about him. They can keep their niche as the party of sexual assault.

Cradle Catholic.

Not surprising. Catholic parents from the area back then had very traditional roles. The dads were chauvinists. The moms were SAHMs who wore dresses and baked cupcakes.

DP. I'm not Catholic, but you sound like you have a real chip on your shoulder.

Moco would never take the case.

Just months ago moco courts realeased a rapist without bond. He went and raped again. Then moco judges refused to grant a restraining order to keep him away from his step daughter.

The law would have never been on her side in 1980 if we can even deal with rapists today.

He should be jailed. He should have to give up custody of his daughters too. If his wife defends him the kids need to go into foster care.

Thank you for so beautifully illustrating the crazy liberal worldview.
